Hi.<br /> I have a horrible experience with my Alfa Romeo Julia since I got it in December 2020 in Westbury NY.<br /> -it had manufacturing issues with breaks<br /> - it had an engine issue from beginning <br /> It took them 2 years to figure out what is going, and only when I just push them to replace it. They so a lick just then. <br /> For 2 years I was paying for luxury car, while I drove cheap dirty rentals. My car was in service for about 6 months out of 2 years.<br /> All case managers ( except one lady and one guy Eric) were very rude. <br /> When I asked then for a full service till the end of the lease, they told me that do not do it, when I asked for refund for months of torching , they said they can not do it, they just told me that I should be happy that they fixed it.<br /> But 2 YEARSSS, isn't crazy? I had to take many days of my work, drive back and fourth, my adviser never call back to customers, have to idea WHY, I need to spend a lot of time on phone . <br /> Never had any issues with any of my cars, had bmws for 15 years- 0 problem!<br /> I'm trying to reach a had quarter office to see if they can resolve this issue, or I will need to file lawsuits again company<br /> I hope u will be able to help and prove that service. <br /> Appreciate your time<br /> Yelena Filippova
