Original Comment On March 15,2023 around 2:00 pm I entered The Woodlands,Texas store. I was greeted by your associate named Joann. I was very impressed by her. She returned the two pairs of slacks happily and offered to help me find something suitable. I told her I would like jeans. She pulled three pairs that fit my criteria. She was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, polite and has a beautiful demeanor. I felt like I was being assisted by an associate in a very high end designer shop. She should be educating all your customer service associates. Joann was outstanding in every way. Please share this with her. <br /> Too many times people complain but never extend praise when it is well deserved.
