To: Metro PCS Wireless, Inc.<br /> Regarding: Complaint Against Employee: RAMS99<br /> To Whom it may concern<br /> I went to one of your stores in Longwood Florida to purchase a new phone on Monday 3-20-2023. The employee that helped me was the absolute worse customer service representative that I have ever encountered. He was rude, he told me that all the problems were my fault because I couldn`t remember my password and the month I purchased my old phone it was over two years ago and the phone had been not working right for some time the reason for replacing it. He sent text to the phone 3 times that did not come through that is how bad the phone was. He took forever just to upload my contacts once he was able to transfer. I was in the store for well over an hour. He over charged me by $30.00. the phone I purchased was advertised at $79.99 per the card under the phone that was on display however when he rang it up it came up to $109.99. When I questioned it by telling him he should give it to me at the listed price he said he could not do that and couldn`t help that the price just must have gone up the day before. When I complained he told me I had a bad attitude and didn`t stop there. He said everything that happened was my fault because I came in with a bad attitude and did not know my password or the month, I purchased the phone. Then to top it off told me that if I didn`t want to I did not have to buy the phone. I told him that if he didn`t get finished with my phone soon my attitude was about to get worse, at that point he backed up against the wall with his arms spread apart and said &quot;what you goanna do&quot; repeatedly. I felt threatened by his actions. I can tell you this, I will tell everyone about my experience at that store. I will not recommend that anyone I know, or encounter go there. If this guy can threaten a 67 year old women no telling what he would do to another older person. And by the way they vape in the store. I saw his appliance on the desk and asked what it was he said it was his vape, he had two on the desk. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and never spoken to anyone the way he spoke to me. This person should be removed from anything to do with customers, my opinion he should be fired. I have attached a copy of my receipt. <br /> Please do not just pacify me by sending me an apology, thinking this will make everything better. This person is very bad for your business. I would really like to get the $30.00 back that I was over charged, and if he were removed from that store would also make it better.<br /> <br /> Vera Sullivan
