Original Comment DO NOT BRING YOUR BMW HERE!!!! Literally the worst customer service & maintenance service I've ever experienced. I've brought my vehicle here twice once in 2020 for a stutter start and just recently for a recall part that they notified me about in the mail. I explained to them very clearly on what I've figured out the issue to be and was ignored as they fixed whatever issue they thought was wrong, after they told me my car was fixed they assured and reassured i wouldn't have the issue anymore with it stutter starting and low and behold i stil have the issue after paying $1000!!!!!!! And as of just recently for the recall for the pvc heater now my headlight is out malfunctioning and they don't feel responsible AT ALL! I've gotten no help from the staff or the manager Chris who has the worst customer service I've honestly experienced
