Original Comment I am reporting an Arby's at Tuckernuck in Richmond, Va. There is rarely a time I go there where they get my order right. At the Drive-through tonight, they offered me a free drink to go with the chicken dinner and I didn't receive it. When I called about it, the manager said it was something they were just trying out , so they weren't used to it. My response was that that was just an excuse, and if it's offered, I should have recieved it. She then said, so don't call here no more. And hung up on me. That's how you all do business???
