Original Comment I purchased the Sandridge Solid Wood Sled Coffee Table and Sandridge 54&quot; Solid Wood Console Table and, although they look lovely, I just learned from a Pest Control Company they are infested with powder post beetles. I called customer service and received zero resolution. These items cost over $1,565.00 and the WAYFAIR will not do anything to rectify this unacceptable finding. I just moved into a brand-new home and was enjoying furnishing it until now!! I was a frequent shopper through Wayfair and their companies but NO longer!<br /> <br /> Megan, the customer service representative I spoke to was exceptional but needed to check with a manager. His message was literally, &quot;Tough luck.&quot; He didn't even have the decency to speak to me directly. <br /> <br /> I recommend you shop for other sources for your household items since they cannot honor their customers or take care of defects with their purchases.
