Called in my order lastnight, went to pickup and had to sit in the parking lot and wait 30 minutes to be gave the WRONG food( didn't notice until got back home order was wrong) so called then up and told them the oder was wrong..the "manager Brittany Swick" proceeded to tell us it was "OUR" FAULT it was wrong..she then went on to tell us she couldn't fix our order until she called the "BIG BOSS" in to fix it..we told her that wasn't true at all and we wanted the food we ordered..she then calls my husband a smart-ass on the phone and tells him it was his dumbass fault the order was wrong! Now I don't currently work in a restaurant but I do know that that's not the way ur supposed to talk to a customer! I think this "Brittany Swick" lady is in the wrong line of business..! Definitely need to get some new managers at the bojangles in Denton Nc! They are very unprofessional and not customer service friendly at all!
