Original Comment On the 5th of this month I visited with my daughter and ordered for to go. I know the local chilis to go normally isn't good service and it was take twice the wait time that the app says so that was no surprise. And we've ordered to go enough to know to check the bag before leaving. Last time our desert cookie was literally just a cookie no chocolate sauce or ice cream just a plain cookie for $7. When I checked the bag my kids food didn't look at all like it normally does at all. It looked like whoever bagged it was mad at the fact that they were busy that evening and wanted to piss someone else off by messing with their food. It was a busy evening so I just walked back in with the food and drinks and told them I was returning the food that I was just like a refund. I wasn't rude in anyway and was very patient while they took their time. It's now the 14th and I've yet to get my refund to my account.
