Original Comment The Panera Bread Company in Florence, SC should be shut down! The tables are always dirty, some of the booth vinyl seats are ripped, and this past Sunday the floor -carpet- was filthy and even sticky! Our shoes stuck to the floor! Often we're told that we can't order the strawberry salad because they're out of strawberries! My brother-in-law, who once owned the KFC and Arby franchises here said that the problem is with whoever owns these Panera franchises. I truly do not understand how anyone from management could walk into this restaurant and approve of how it looks and how things are being done. It's disgusting! Before we sat down, we had to find the table that was the least dirty! What a shame that a restaurant chain that once had such a wonderful reputation could sink to this low! Either clean it up or shut it down!
