Original Comment Welp I guess I'll add to what everyone else is saying. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I purchased a treadmill from a major retailer. The motor, belt and controller has already been replaced and now that I'm having the same issue I am being told I will have to pay out of pocket since the manufacturer warranty has expired meanwhile this seems to be a defective machine! Customer service doesn't care they just read from a script and transfer you around. I was also told there was no supervisor or corporate for me to speak to. Why on earth would I pay $500+ to fix a machine that clearly is faulty!
