Original Comment I know one thing for sure, I had a direct deposit from my job uploaded on my netspend account and now they are not letting me access my money I had activated a card from them over the phone on,06/02/23 and I am told by someone that I talk to in the app secure inbox that my hard earned money cant be used because that card is not associated with my account. I want to know how that card isn't associated with my account when your company told me that card was successfully activated and ready to use. I want my money back or there will be some thing done about it I can promise you that. I suggest you look into who you have in your employment cause they are stealing from hard working Americans.
