Original Comment I waited in line for over an hour, at the Ralphs in Westlake Village, CA. They only had 2 (two) checkers and one (the line I was in) did not know what she was doing.<br /> I asked to talk to manager but guess she was too busy because I waited another 10 min and left. She was in back if she was out front she would have seen the problem
