Original Comment I bought a pork duct if yours on Amazon and after 4 months it stopped working. I called the customer service number and was rudely spoken to by Andrey I tried to call back and my calm was transferred to him. I had to call back on another day to speak with someone else because of how I was treated by this representative. After a week of waiting for an email to mail back my product I did not receive an email. I called the customer service number again and was transferred to Andrey again. He speaks to your customers very poorly. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was asked why would I want to speak with another person. When I explained that I would prefer to speak with someone else I was told "I can't transfer you to anyone else and I don't see why you want to speak with someone else when I was going to help you." He should not be working customer service for you guys. I have never experienced someone so rude, condescending, and entitled.
