Original Comment I got a NetSpend prepaid card and deposited money on it and use my own money. I had to leave my home of residence due to domestic violence and didn't think about my NetSpend card. Now 5 years later I owe them $815 and not using the card fees. I asked them to please remove the fees or at least cancel the card but no they're going to keep charging me $5.95 unless I pay them the $815. What kind of pieces of s*** would do that to anyone never mind a domestic violence victim. They just want to take your money and care nothing about anybody but themselves and their money. The fact is now I pay $815 for a piece of plastic I no longer even have and never use the dime of their money. Disgusting despicable and should not be able to do that to people that don't use the card and don't need it and continue to charge them for years and ruin their credit. Why are they not out of business because they really should be
