Turns out, the employee involved in this issue is actually the &quot;General Manager&quot;.<br /> It is unbelievable that NO ONE at Corporate is actually responding to the issue below which happened June 21, 2023. I understand and I am fully aware that a particular Franchise Store is not under you jurisdiction, however, any Franchise Store which serves the public still represents the name &quot;Einstein Bros Bagels&quot; Is the young lady going to continue with her attitude? How has it been corrected? That employee seemed to think that the Store Manager was not following procedures when he at one time chose to assist me. Is she following procedures with her attitude?<br /> <br /> I am a 75 year old Greek lady that is VERY disappointed! Please have the curtesy to at least respond. PLEASE SEE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT BELOW.<br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<br /> <br /> On Wed., June 21, 2023, I walked in to have a Breakfast sandwich and coffee at Store #4234 at 7301 N. Freeway in Ft. Worth. The Manager, Brandon was not there. He is a very polite and helpful person with all customers. I am 75 and usually not able to work with cell phone offers I receive. The young lady, I believe she spelled her name Mario, Tall Hispanic person was not able to complete my request of a small cup of coffee offered free with online order. She asked another young Hispanic female (Anna/Asst. Mgr?) to assist. That person was VERY rude. When I mentioned that Brandon usually will assist with that issue I was having. I had ordered a Breakfast Sandwich and some Bagels to go AND I was having problems adding a SMALL Coffee. She started talking loud as to let her staff and ALL Customers know she was going to win that argument. She replied that Brandon (The Manager) should not have done that for me, that he was not following procedures. How rude is that! Being disrespectful, unprofessional, and letting everyone know that the Manager should NOT have gone out of his way. All this Big scene for a SMALL cup of Coffee to add to my Order. And all because she was NOT willing to assist a customer. My entire morning Breakfast was ruined. She canceled the entire order at my request, but after I walked out, I notice that the &quot;FREE BAGEL &amp; SMEAR&quot; on my App had been taken off. I've always enjoyed this particular location, however, she made the Entire Incident a LOUD VERBAL Horrible Ordeal! OVER A SMALL FREE CUP OF COFFEE on my App that she would NOT help me with! This should NOT have happened. Expecting a Respond!
