Original Comment I visited our local Pollo Loco (located in Santa Ana, off Bristol street. Store number 5327) restaurant today and was shocked at how great the staff handled an issue. <br /> As I was pulling into the drive thru, someone with road rage approached my car and was trying to yell at me and my kids. I was in the middle of ordering and this man was going off. We didn't engage and couldn't even hear him because our windows were up, and i was literally ordering. <br /> In the middle of my order, the PL employee, named Shawn (D&amp;#233; Shawn) asked me to give him a minute. I said sure. Next thing I know, Shawn and his coworker, Victor, come to the drive thru. The asked me if we were okay and if there was something going on. I told them what happened, and they asked if we were ok and if the guy was still there. I told them he had already driven away. They kept looking around making sure the guy didn't come back, then went back in and finished taking my order. <br /> This was SO COURAGEOUS of them!! I felt like they were really concerned about our safety. <br /> I would really like for them to be recognized for their actions.
