Original Comment My family had booked 2 rooms at the 24 Big Boom road in Queensbury NY (upstate).<br /> Like most other comments, it was disgusting. The room was not cleaned, hair in the bed and bathroom floor, dirty floors, Cheetos and chips on the floor.<br /> We went to front desk to cancel due to the stated reasons. I was informed we would be credited back for the 2-rooms..<br /> Now two months later, no credit. When calling for the manager, he is &quot;always out&quot; and does not return a call.<br /> Corporate office is impossible to get ahold of (Wyndham resorts).<br /> Better business bureau, Travelocity, and other reviews being stated in absolute disgust of this chain.
