Original Comment I can't believe this company is in business! They are paid with tax payer dollars and don't do their job. I got my phone, called and got phone turned on. Was told to call back the next day to have number ported over. I called and the automated changed my number without asking what I wanted it changed to. Called back and explained what happened. I was told if I didn't know my number they couldn't help me and did I want the service cut off? I said no I had just gotten it and to please help me. I tried to make a call to get the number but phone stated "cellular network not available". Under setting nothing. She hung up on me. I called back got someone else they were just as bad and said they were working on my phone and would call me back in 3 hrs on another line. This never happened. They are getting paid by tax payers for hanging up on people. I am a senior, I did not raise my voice, use bad language or anything but they treat you really bad. I am afraid to use this company and if need be will go as far as needed to put this company out of business.
