I am saddened by the fact that the only customer service rep I am able to talk to is someone who does not speak English very well therefore causing a huge language barrier between what um saying and what is being heard. With that said I'm disgusted that at this very moment I don't have phone service because Cricket chooses to withhold 40 of my hard earned dollars over a sim kit and service I never received. However when I confront the issue yet again to yet another English challenged individual I am talked at as if I'm the one who doesn't know where my money is cause they paid it and I might talk to my bank because clearly it was returned.. No it wasnt and it not slow. The rep tried to tell me that I was paid my 40 bucks already that's why I only paid 10 bucks the month past...The math wasnt mathing and when i asked to speak to a supervisor im put on hokd then hung up on. I still have no phone because until cricket gets their people together I'm not giving another dime
