Original Comment Went to popeyes in florissant mo on Lindbergh Blvd on December 31st. Went to the bathroom toilet paper everywhere trash can over filling pee in the toilet and the seat had toilet paper on it that's been peen on also black residue on the seat. There was a can of Raid and other chemicals on the sink counter. Feel free to email me for pictures I did take some.
