Original Comment I am currently working at the Belk store in Hot Springs Arkansas.....I requested to have some paid time off and personal time off for a week because I need oral gum surgery and have to have my false teeth out of my mouth for five days. It was declined because the schedules were already posted for January 24th. I asked off on the 12 which is approx. two weeks prior. I was told it was denied because of the time frame. I did not know I was going to have an infection and be told I was to have surgery. This is very discriminatory and I will probably be contacting someone in corporate concerning this.
