iam a die hard fan and player of wwe2k16 and the rest of the series,until today. iam sick and tired of my online profile gettting its record messed with cause ur crappy network connections they need fixed . or i will stop buying anything from 2k sports, protest ur product,let vice mcmahn know himself ur product sucks and let their marketing deptment to find a better game maker iam sorry i bought this game and might try my luck with xbox
I bought 3 200,000 vc packed when I got my digital download and all my files are corrupted along with the digital download so I bought a hard copy did a lot of installing and uninstalling and a factory reset on my console and still nothing I found it from Microsoft that the license for the digital download contains a corrupted file and now I can't progress in any season so this either need to be fixed or I want my money back I have submitted multiple requests for numerous issues and I get the same run around then like clock work when I provide all the info asked in return emails I get nothing back its been weeks!!!!!
I feel like I've been banned on 2k for not losing and winning by +15 points everytime. I suffered a broken femur and played around 14 hrs a day for about a year haha but that does not mean I should have the privilege revoked from me to enjoy playin virtual basket. Every other aspect of the game is up and going I can get as many coins as I want, upgrade myplayer and play in the park. However, I'm afraid that does not suffice the joy from playing another human who thinks he/she stands a chance and let nature take its course from there.
I was banned from the playstation 4 servers of WWE 2k15 on 11/29. I was advised by the game to request access back via the support site. After waiting for 42 days, 55 Tweens within 2 days, I was told that there is no reason I should be banned and they have no information on me and there is nothing I can do. I want a phone number for the corporate office. I have filed a complaint with the BBB regarding the treatment I have received from 2k sports and will be contacting a lawyer of this is not resolved!!!
Its absolutely rediculous that they don't have a support phone line. Nevermind the price of the game or the upgrades, its the frustration that goes with working towards something in My Career to have it disappear and have no recourse. This company should be bending over backwards to make sure its gamers have what they need not slinking off in the shadows hiding behind a computer screen and avoiding the public. Shame on you 2K!

Was over a week ago and I have not been able to play at all since. 2k does not care at all, it is literally impossible to contact anyone. They have not even responded to my emails on 2k support at all. So what are we suppose to do 2k when we buy a game from you that does work at all? We can't do anything except understand the fact we just lost our money. And 2k will never care if it's us losing money.
I was playing the game and I went to upgrade my player in my career mode and it did something that kick me from the server now Everytime I try to play my career mode the message reads the History associated with this save file could not be downloaded from the 2k servers please check your internet connection and try again. I have erased the application and started all over again and to no avail I and still unable to play the game online. It continues to say saving them loading but it never connects. My internet is fine. I'm able to play 2k14 without any problems. I DONT UNDERSTAND. Anything dealing with gaming online and the 2k server I am unable to connect. I even reset my wifi. Nothing is working. So is any assistance or compensation gonna take place because I'm still unable to play 2k15 online. The standard email set out was no help at all and was extremely broad. The complications I'm having are not player or system wide because the blogs speak nothing of it. This has really changed my gaming experience and starting to change my live for games. This has not been the first encounter I've had go wrong with 2k games since this new generation of gaming has evolved and it makes the experience if getting new releases not so exciting. I've been playing games since the Atari colecovision era. I have seen a huge change but in my opinion this is by far the worst I have experienced with new releases. It's been 3 days now and the purpose I purchases this 60$ game for I have not been able to use. So it's like I wasted 60 dollars. Maybe you fully can't understand because it's not you or your money but it's frustrating that you have to send emails and don't get timely responses and the response you get is a standard one that's sent to all customers.
You need to make games for the old system as well like ps3 and 360 many of us can't go buy the new systems and I have but every wrestling game every year and when I found out this year's was only for the newest systems I was extremely.... disappointed you need to re think and make the games still for ps3 and 360 seriously already 2k sucks get your head straight. I so done being ripped off by your company I have been buying the 2k NBA games since the Dreamcast but for the last 5 years and every year something is wrong with mine and I have put in a ticket a 12 day's ago and still haven't heard anything every time I do get someone on the phone they hang up on me after having me on hold for an hour I have spent 220$ this year buying the and v c on both the xbox 360 & the Xbox one and mine has frozen but one of my friends called on the 23 and got his fixed the same but they keep telling me I have to wait why not just give me my v.c.
