I took my car into Jiffy Lube at 13801 N 32nd St, Phoenix AZ 85032 for an oil change today. I got out of my car and went into the waiting room passing a very upset young female employee. Her language was incredibly inappropriate, using the "F" word repeatedly. She seemed to be mad about something going on with her computer. I will not be going back to this location and may stop using Jiffy Lube entirely.
Also, why are most of the employees standing around smoking every time I go there?
I saw a sign while waiting that said that all employees are certified professionals. Really???

Jiffy lube in Bermuda Dunes Ca on Washington, has very unprofessional worker. Pulled up and waited for someone to come out for 10 minutes. No one came and sun was in my eyes it was 100 degrees out , so I pulled in a bit to get in the shade. Finally a worker comes out gives be a dirty look and shakes his head at me telling me I'm not supposed to pull in. I say we'll have someone here to help your CUSTOMERS so they know what to do. Then he rudely says he is there by himself and to wait while he finishes another car. I say no thanks I'll just back out... he says no I'm not allowed. I needed his help to pull through to leave and the whole time he was yelling. He said I can't deal with this I'm by myself again. First of all sir it's 1:30 on a Tuesday, hire some employees it's not my fault you are there by yourself. I left and will never give this company a dime of my money. To think I got yelled at after waiting 15 minutes when across the street at Big O tires it was 30 .00 cheaper for an oil change. Hey Jiffy Lube invest a a ding dong bell so when your 1 service guy is inside he can hear a customer.

My daughter went to the jiffy lube last Thursday in Daytona Beach Fla to check her fluids and tires before getting on the road back to Fort Myers. The oil light came on upon her return. I took the car to the jiffy lube in fort Myers only to find out that the car was in need of oil and the guy told me there's no way the car was checked in good faith on Thursday. I called Daytona beach jiffy lube and spoke to the manager Zach. He said he'd get back to me with who was responsible for not servicing my daughter car but told her everything was fine. I have yet to get a call but I did get a response to my Google review saying there was no record of my car. Well that was obvious since that was my whole complaint. I instructed my daughter to never return to this place. They lied to her face and it could have left my daughter stranded on the road. This place is not to be trusted. Very disappointed loyal customer!!!

I guy named James from Jiffy Lube at the Delk road location in Marietta Ga, performed a tired rotation and now my tire pressure gauge is reading the wrong tires. After the store owner told me multiple times that it wasn't their fault I spoke to a mechanic who advised that the TPMS needs to be reset whenever a tire rotation is performed.

Took my 2016 to the jiffy lube in San Jacinto on 4/15. I sat in my car while they did it and some young kid was under there and my car jerked 3 times violently. I drove away and noticed spots on the place where I park. Thought it was air conditioning, now my transmission is leaking badly where I had to miss work. Now their corporate number is out of service. 3 mechanics said it's probably stripped, and only way to check is drop transmission, and if it's stripped inside I need a new transmission. Never had a leak in my car, now it's messed up. Don't have the money to fix it. Sent an email and no response yet. I use my car for work, so hurting here

My granddaughter went to the #2375 store her brake light was out when she went in there to get her oil changed they never said anything about it so I guess they didn't check them then the paperwork said she declined a window wash in which she said they never asked then after she had paid for your crappy service the attendant seen her credentials on her mirror and commented o your a essential worker you could have got 50% off but I already cashed you out sorry ,what kind of employees do you hire we are very dissatisfied with our service and will not be going back

Jiffy lube on 21st & Woodlawn changed my oil. 1 month later my car had no oil at all. I took my car back to them to see what happened. They insisted all they did was change my oil. My car was running fine before I took it to jiffy lube now it's leaking oil.

Jiffy Lube at Dairy Ashford managed by Calvin assisted by Eric has cost my vehicleto overheat and burn my engine due to their negligence and lack of customer care or even listening. Not only do they ignore customer requests but give false information as to the status of fluids, such as coolant levels. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. I specifically asked them to check coolant levels in my vehicle and to please make sure after checking fluids and starting my vehicle to please check for any obvious leaks. They said they did. 24 hrs later my engine overheated due to no coolant in the reservoir. So in effect my car has started to melt gaskets and increasing temperatures caused by lack of coolant has burned my motor up due to the negligence of their employees. Once I tried to call and speak to their mngr Calvin he was very rude and hung up on me twice and then refused to speak with me. I felt physically threatened by the language he used and I'm halfway thinking civil liability. After the second time he hung up on me I tried to call back and he had his asst Eric refer me to his district mngr whose number he would not give me. Overall the worst and most expensive oil change. It cost me my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to get a call back from anyone within the Jiffy Lube Corporation. I had auto repairs and tire rotation done at store #03037 in Independence, Mo. on 6/9/16. On 8/5/19 I had massive shimmying, had vehicle towed and repaired. Only 2 of 5 lug nuts remaining on right front tire. Diagnosis: "cross-threaded or over tightened lug nuts". I had not had any other service for my tires and was panicked to think that I had been driving at 70mph with 2 lug nuts! I sent receipts (2x) to Tim Butler. He does not return calls. On 9/8/16 I spoke with Mr. Butler and was told "there will be a check cut for you this afternoon." I still have not received my automotive repair money. If I am not contacted, I will be forced to ask for more damages, original botched car repair reimbursement, time away from work making unreturned telephone calls and unanswered emails. I also have a large network of friends who would no longer utilize your company's services if I informed them of my horrific customer service, as well as your poorly trained service agents who don't tighten lug nuts appropriately. Anyway, PLEASE resolve this issue.

I am contacting your headquarters, because I had an oil changed on my car at one of your Jiffy Lube sites. On March 7, 2015, I went to your Manchester Boulevard and Van Ness Avenue, Los Angeles, CA Jiffy Lube, which no other services were rendered. My pink receipt given to me by Jiffy Lube says by car did not have any problems (Good Condition).

When Jiffy Lube completed my car, 2008 Hyundai Sonata, on March 7, 2015 at about 9:30am, I obtained my car, continuing with my day. By 9:45 while I was on the 405 freeway getting off at LaCienga Blvd, my car abruptly stopped and would not start back up. My life without a car is causing much hardship.

I have never had any problems with my car and only took it in to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed, but now my life is a now a nightmare. I was told by Jiffy Lube Van Ness that the manager (Freddy) was vacation which Alex or Felix will contact me. To this date, I have not been able to contact anyone for assistance, which I have continued to call.

I need my car repaired but no one from your office has been to where my car is located to tell me what happened to my car that came in for an oil change in good condition. I can be contacted on my cell phone at 323-287-6355 which I work from 8:30am to 6pm but will call someone back if I am not available.

After calling your customer service # and being on hold for 20+ minutes, I tried to call an HR department directly and again was put on hold, then told I would have to leave a message - I would like to speak to the person that does the paperwork/hiring for the Sierra Vista, Arizona store. My son, who is 16, put an application in and was told he would need a parental consent form since he is not 18. After doing all the paperwork for being hired and getting a HIRED status on it, he went to speak to the manager of the Sierra Vista, AZ location and the manager informed him they could not hire him because of his age. I WOULD APPRECIATE A PHONE CALL WITH AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THIS WAS HANDLED IN THIS MANNER. MY SON DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL OR ANYTHING FROM HR AND, AT THE VERY LEASE HE DESERVES AN APOLOGY AND AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY HE DID NOT GET THE JOB.

Jiffy Lube on 5600 Harrison blv in South Ogden Utah has had 4 break In robberies. And even though none of the employees have been criminally charged.. the CEO walked in and told ALL employees that THEY would be paying for the theft. Now the robberies included the money in the Safe! And who knows the combination? NOT the 17 yr old that works part time after school... but they will be taking $188 for 2 paychecks.. something is so screwed up that they take the money of people who are NOT GUILTY!! BOYCOTT JIFFY LUBE!!

On 09/23/12013 I had my car serviced at Jiffy Lub. I purchased the Jiffy Lube Signature Service Oil Change and explained to the manager that I would soon be driving the car to Florida, a 1055 mile trip and wanted to make sure everything was good with the car. The car is a Classic 1967 Pontiac LeMans that has been completely restored. When I was told that the service to my car was completed I asked the manager if the differential fluid had been checked. He said that he would check and went into the service area. When he came back he told me that the fluid had been checked and it was fine.

I left on my trip to Florida on 10/09/2013. The vehicle broke down in Columbia SC. 536 miles into my trip. The vehicle was taken to Goodyear for repair. At Goodyear it was discovered that the right rear wheel bearing had froze then fell apart. I told them at that I had the vehicle serviced. They showed me under the car and it was obvious that the differential fluid check/fill plug was never opened it still had dirt around it and in the hole where the tool to remove the plug would have been placed. I took pictures and video of this. They also found that the differential fluid was thick and needed to be changed. I would have had this serviced if your employees would have done their jobs.

It was further discovered that the vehicle had not been lubed. Goodyear performed this service for me at no charge. However the repairs to my car cost me $308.62 and 18 hours of my time. This caused me to miss the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner for my daughter's wedding. I believe that if the services that I paid for in Pittsburgh would have been performed this situation would have been avoided. I strongly feel that Jiffy Lube should reimburse the cost of the repairs to my car. I DO expect to hear from someone about this.

By the way I sent this above complaint to customer service on Oct 17 and never heard back from ANYONE!! Thanks alot. I guess the next step is a law suit. Never again will I use Jiffylube

Jiffy Lube #2714 on Mukilteo speedway was suppose to change my oil, I paid for one of the top service $244 and they did not tighten up the oil filter so all my oil leaked out. My airbag light and oil light were just flickering so i thought i had a shot took it to Kia and they found this problem out so they gave me 3 quarts to get by, went back to Jiffy Lube and this girl took copies and she she would go over this with her manager and he would cal me the next day, still waiting for the call. They screwed up and should give me my money back or give me the service I paid for again but at no charge. I already filed a complaint with the Attorney General. This is so they're fault and should fix it. I'm going to let everyone no what they did and then they can figure out if they want to go. And my boyfriend sighed the paperwork at Jiffy Lube John Erickson.

Wallmart Jiffylube, Chesterfield mo., Aug21, 2013 @approx. 11am. Shop manager at the time - Phil.
Phil's (shop Mgr.) poor customer service and interest in arguing will keep me from returning to this Wallmart-Jiffy lube.
Went in to have tires balanced and rotated. I marked the front tires so that I knew if in fact the tires were rotated. As it turned out they were not. Manager Phil wanted to argue

My name is Carla West I am writing to inform the right party of an incident I experiece with jiffy lube around 7/8/2013 I went in to have a radiator flush and in the process I had my driver side head light changed, a couple of days later on 7/13/2013 while driving on the expressway I lost my whole entire light and didn't notice the light had flew off until I got off the expressway I imediately drove to jiffy lube located on Harlem and Jackson I beleive the adress is 7200. I went in with my light attached to my car with nothing hanging and nothing broke only a cracked class that go over the light I was told after the light was replaced that they could not warrantee the bolb due to the crack in the glass and I should put a peace of tape over it to keep it from going out again I was ok with that. My light was removed by an jiffy lube staff member but it was not properly put back and snapped back into place this is the second time someone from jiffy lube has inproperly put my light back as they found it the first time was at jiffy lube on Fullerton and Austin 2401 Austin shortly after leaving jiffy lube, every time I drove on the expressway I would have to pull over and put it back in but thank God an hispanic man helped me to put it back in properly before it fell off so I let it go that time and didn't contact jiffy lub (but do have witnesses of both incidents even the hispanic guy that put it back the first time) I have been in contact with jiffy lube for two days trying to get some kind of compensation for my light and was told that by looking at cameras that my light was already hanging well that is not true I drove in with my light just fine other than the crack in the glass when they removed my light they had to snap it out of place but after replacing it they felled to snap it back in place and theres no way they can detemine if it was properly snapped back in place by looking at a video. It is a difficult task to snap that light back in place and due to this happening twice with jiffy lube lets me know that they are experience in taking it off but not to experience in putting it back correctly. So can someone please contact me about this issue because I am getting no where with the local location I would also like to add that I have been coming in for car treatment with jiffy lube for a while now and I am a loyal customer and I'm only asking for jiffy lube to correct the mistake they have made on my vehicle. Thanks!

I took my Pontiac Firebird to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, the manager said that the car was a little low but they still pulled it up on the ramp. The car has not been lowered in any way, shape, or form, it's just straight out of the factory. The car went up on the ramp just fine and they changed the oil. When pulling the car off the ramp the guy did not slowly pull off, but sped off like he was on a drag strip. Immediately it tore the muffler and exhaust off of the car.
I talked to the manager and he tried to say my son insisted they change the oil, not knowing I was sitting in another car waiting on my son. I observed the entire thing and the manager accepted responsibility and said they would take care of it. I got an estimate and faxed it to Scott in Raleigh, N.C. He said that he did not receive it, so it was faxed again. We did not hear anything from him, so my son called and Scott told him they would only pay half of the repair bill. I in turn called him and said that was not acceptable and he insisted that it was an company agreement. I requested to talk with his supervisor Ryan. What a conversation that was. He told me the same thing as Scott and I said that was not kosher with me. He replied I don't know what that means, then I told him not acceptable. I continue by asking for his supervisors name and he said that he was not allowed to give out that information, so I said who is the big will over the company. Once again he replied I don't know what that means. I then told him to quit a ting ignorant and give me the president or CEO's name. He would not do that either and told me either I take half or none of the money.
I guess he thought I was the ignorant fool, but I said you can send the half, but I will get the rest. He admitted they were responsible just as Scott had, but yet did not want to pay up. I am in the process of calling headquarters of Jiffy Lube and getting in touch with the president of the company. I did inform Ryan that I would contact the newspaper, t.v station and the BBB regarding this situation. He said he understood, which made no logical sense to me to why he would agree. How he got this job I have no idea, but I intend to follow through on my promises to him regarding payment, even if I have to take them to court.
Needless to say our cars will never be carried to Jiffy Lube again. If it was too low they should have never serviced or said they could service the car. My advice to everyone is stay away from their business or you could have problems you would never encounter otherwise.

Jiffy lube is a place I will no longer go too. I am filling this out on my phone so it might not come out so good. Jiffy lube is lucky to not get sued. I've been to the one in redwood city on whipple . The guys are always talking loud within each. Vh other other and they are very rude. My wife came to apply for a job there. She knows a whole lot about cars an is way qualified for a job at jiffy lube. She was told during an interview that a woman shouldnt be working on cars. She was told that its a man's job an she may get hurt. The manager told her a womans job is sells an that's where they'll put her if she gets the job. Well she doesn't want sales, she wanted the Other position. She probably woulda taken it tho if it weren't coming from a sexist chauvinistic attitude as she was given. She needed a job but not under that kind of situation.

After reading the complaints of Jiffy Lube customers who have been taken advantage of, I feel the need to add my terrible experience to the many. I also had the RFS (radiator flush scam)pulled on me. My check engine light was on as well and coolant level hand was in the red. You could smell anti-freeze. A Radiator flush & fill was recommended by the manager Mike Doyle. About a week later, engine light comes on again, I take my truck to Vandergriff. By the time I get there engine light is off, they look under hood, and since the problem could not be duplicated, I drove home. I went back to Jiffy Lube to question the dirt and residue in the reservoir. I was told by two service technicians that my vehicle was burping up sludge that remained after the supposed flush. I was also told that all they did was drain the old anti-freeze and put in new anti-freeze without flushing the radiator. Yet, when I talk to Mike the manager, I get a different story as to how the procedure was done. Three times I was lied to about what was done. Why did the manager tell me that this was the service I needed if I did not? Now all of the sludge that was continually going through my engine causing the engine light to come on has clogged the hose and now no anti-freeze gets to the engine to cool it which makes it run hot again. Now my truck is at Vandergriff and the radiator has to be replaced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET HELP FROM THE DISTRICT MANAGER NICK. Why ask the customer what happened if it doesn't matter? I will bet that he doesn't know how to flush a radiator himself. Your conversation with him will prove that to you. BEWARE!!He has no intention of helping you and does not know the definition of the words customer satisfaction. No matter what you say, it's your fault for their mistakes. He is going to take the side of Jiffy Lube no matter what. That's who pays him to BS people.

on yesterday,6/30/12 i took my 2005 lincoln aviator in to get an oil change, upon doing the service the mechanic (and i say mechanic loosely)stated i needed to get my radiator flushed. I did agree to do the service. Upon completion of the work and after me paying 173.00 dollars for an oil change, air filter, and the radiator flush, i left the store and got only about three hundred yards before i noticed my coollant level hand rise all the way up and service engine light come on. Right away i returned to the store to get an explanation and to advise the servicemen of the problem they had created. None of this exited prior to the mechanic attempting to flush my raidator. Well, after they attempted to correct the problem without any success 2 hours later i informed them in not so many kind words that i would call a wrecker and have the car towed to my service dept. to fix the problem. ALL THE WHILE I ATTEMPED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER WHO WAS NOT ON THE PROPERTY ITSELF BUT WAS IN CONTACT WITH THE ASSISTANT MANAGER, AND ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYES, HOWEVER, HE REFUSED TO SPEAK WITH ME THE CUSTOMER. THE ONE EMPLOYER (WILLIE) WHO DID EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT HAPPENED DURING THE PROCEDURE STATED THE MECHANIC WHO DID THE WORK DID NOT DO THE PROCEDURE CORRECTLY AND HE WOULD ATTEMPT TO FIX IT. AFTER THIS WENT FOR AWHILE I TOLD THEM THAT I HAD A TOW TRUCK IN ROUTE TO TAKE MY VEHICLE TO THE LINCOLN DEALER WHO PERFORMS WORK ON MY VEHICLE ALL THE TIME. WELL, THE POLICE WAS CALLED AND THEY WANTED ME OFF THE PROPERTY. AFTER THE POLICE ARRIVED THEY ASKED ME TO MOVE MY VEHICLE OFF THE PROPERTY. I INFORMED HIM THAT I HAD PAID FOR A SERVICE AND WAS UPSET THAT IT HAD NOT BEEN DONE.
I AM VERY UPSET AS A FREQUENT CUSTOMER TO THIS STORE THAT NUMBER ONE THE SERVICE I HAVE PAID FOR WAS NOT PERFORMED AND THAT IT WAS PERFORMED BY SOMEONE WHO CANNOT OR DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FLUSH AND INSTALL NEW RAIDIATOR FLUID. UPON WAITING ON THE TOW TRUCK I WANTED TO GET THE ASSISTANT MANAGER TO AGREE TO PAY MY TOWING FEE OF 100 DOLLARS, THEY DENIED THE TOW TRUCK PAYMENT AND TOLD ME TO GET OFF THE PROPERTY. I INFORMED WILLIE AS WELL AS EVERYONE ELSE THAT JIFFY LUBE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO MY VEHICLE TODAY AND I WANTED MY REFUND OF THE COST OF THE FLUSH AS WELL AS TOWING FEE, AND WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO FIX MY VEHICLE. AS I WRITE THIS EMAIL MY CAR IS AT DON DAVIS LINCOLN IN ARLINTON,TEXAS. THEY COULD NOT LOOK AT THE VEHICLE TODAY BUT HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ON MONDAY JULY 2ND. I DID ATTEMPT TODAY TO SPEAK WITH THE DISTRICT MANAGER NICK GILLILAND, STORE MANAGER MIKE DOLYE, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES INVOLVED. I ALSO NOTIFIED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY OF MY INTENTION OF STOPPING ALL PAYMENTS UNTIL THIS MATTER IS TAKEN CARE OF.
