Original Comment I own a small B&B in Illinois. VISA for the month of July, 2012 assesed my merchant card processing company $2.00 for an unexplained purpose. I had no transactions in July and would like to know what this charge is for. I have phoned VISA and after 45 MINUTES trying to explain my question I finally gave up. The "fellow" (I'm being nice here) decided it was MY bank, not VISA that assessed this charge. I explained this was not possible but he was confident and said he would contact my bank. After a little while my bank called and wondered what was going on. As I exlained to the "fellow" they had nothing to do with this charge. NOW WHAT???????
