Original Comment Hi, I am a single mother living on a very fixed income of only 794.00 a month and i have a 17 year old child, he got a garmin phone which he loves and it really worked well until he tried deleting some stuff he no longer wanted and got the Wraning please put the battery cover on which we did , but it never worked again, we went in the T-Mobile store and got no help, then i got technical support for Garmin all to be hung up on twice, i think this is a really nice phone and i just wanted it fixed and they said they discontinued it last year, i was treated so badly and it really hurt me, at this point i didnt know what else to do but contact corprate,not to down grade you product but to voice my concern and to cry out for help in getting my child another phone so i can monitor his where abouts, thanks for your time reading this and may the Lord bless you all and keep you and may the Lord make His face to shine upon your company with continued success.
