I have been a customer over 10 years, and at present have been trying to deal with the transition from Nextel to Sprint. Ever since I switched phones and provider I have had nothing but problems and no service. I have been tring to deal with your Customer Care and tech suport, but they do not follow through and they do not call back to confirm and changes have been corrected. I still don't have service as call keep dropping and I have NO DIRECT CONNECT. These phones are used for a business , and I am loosing business because of this constant dropping of calls. I want my contract ended as you are not providing me service, and I also want a refund for services I never got but paid for.
