Original Comment In this world of fast paced greed and short-cuts, I wanted to let you know that your organization has a master craftsman that is not swayed by short-cuts. This person is Mark Nelson who works the Men's Dept at the Dillards, Cary Town Center, in Cary, NC. His skills and abilities are a great asset to your company.<br /> I came into town, last August, for a wedding and my son was without a suit 3 days before the event. We went to several of your competitors and they could not satisfy us before the deadline. My wife suggested we stop in at Dillards. I came in with that desperate look and said, we're in trouble, can you help? Mark never missed a beat and had an athletic fit suit set fleshed out within 90 minutes. It was truly a pleasure to witness a master at his work to where you just sit back and watch the magic. You can tell that Mark is very knowledgeable and enjoys his work.<br /> We came back on the day of the wedding to pick up the suit and review the final fitting. Mark was not satisfied with something and walked my son over to the seamstresses place and had the alteration completed. Now that is customer service! The wedding was a success and my son loves his suit. <br /> Please make sure Mark doesn't leave your company. He is a model of dedication toward excellence and stellar customer service. Thanks to him and Dillards for his valuable talent and service.
