Original Comment My experience with both MB USA &amp; MB Financial are the <br /> <br /> most reprehensible and disgusting I have encountered in 4 decades of purchasing vehicles. They rely on inaccurate financial information. Even when they are supplied with official documents that refute their claims, they just ignore or change their story. They do nothing!! They take no responsibility for anything. Their indifference and arrogance is unreal. Having had a perfect record of payment over a period of 9 years, we were treated like garbage. They had no desire to do anything to rectify what we were unjustifiably subjected to.<br /> <br /> The misinformation, breaches of credit laws and flat out lies are amazing. Yet, as they told me, &quot; we consider your case closed.&quot; How convenient for them. Sweep it under the rug. Fortunately, in Calif., consumer protection laws are<br /> <br /> extensive. Maybe, they'll be more responsive to governmental inquiries.<br /> <br /> The best thing you can do is choose another car maker to deal with. If you have any problems with MB- their basic posture is we've done nothing wrong - so go away.
