Original Comment For 3 weeks I have sent emails requesting help logging in after the new "update your account." For some reason, it prefills my old email and will not let me bypass this. The Forum and Facebook email and password are current. With each reply, I am told to sign on using the old email and then update my info. I reply I can't remember this account password from years ago and can they reset it from their end. I get a reply to sign on using the old email address and update my info. I respond, they reply, over and over. My last reply was telling "Fernando" he is an idiot who obviously doesn't even read the emails sent in or has no knowledge of a fix and can't deviate from the queue cards provided them. Selling my stock because who wants to invest in idiots???
