Original Comment Windstream is the most horrible internet service on the planet. I have been without internet for 5 and a half days. Finally someone showed up at my door. I had no idea he was coming. I called several times and no one had any idea what to do. I was told someone would call me Tuesday. No one called, but he showed up. Good thing I was home. The customer service and the tech people do not care if you have service or not. I was even asked if I wanted them to cut my service off.
