Original Comment Last Few Trips With United Have Been Delayed And The Excuses Are Getting Aggravating. Either The Plane Need Repair And This Trip, 9/12 Flight 251 Newark To Tampa Keeps Getting Delayed Because The Flight Crew Hasn't Arrived. The Connecting Flight Arrived From California Arrived, But The Flight Crew Didn't Arrive To Newark. Where The Hell Is The Flight Crew. Flight Was Scheduled To Take Off At 7:34 Pm And Is Now Delayed Until 11:00 Or At Least That Is What We Are Being Told. And Can't Get A Human Being To Speak To In Customer Service....still On Hold. United Should Give Credit To All The People Waiting To Take Off And It Better Take Off! Really Mad Because This Is Not The First Time This Has Happened. May Never Fly United Again...and You Guys Used To Be The Best!!!! Not Anymore. I Hope Someone Replies To Me, But I Don't Expect It!
