Original Comment I am staying in fremont calif, your hotel here has some serious issues that should be dealt with. due to the construction in the area the hotel has taken a hit in business, but that is no reason to not provide to your guests that which we are used to seeing when we stay at a comfort inn. the hotel has peeling wallpaper, its has wear marks in the tub, the shower curtains are to short and water gets on the floors. the bedspread has holes in it, and this is a non-smoking room. the franchise owner has decided to cheap on the breakfast and only makes bisquits and gravy every day. the sausage is terrible. other guests have told me this is the breakfast menu every day. I have stayed at many other comfort inn's and the food was excellent, with choices of milk in cartons, chocolate and regular. fresh fruit every day, eggs and bacon. not at this hotel. I can assure you I will not stay at this hotel again. a lot of items need to be looked at, this hotel is starting to look run down like a motel 6. I hope you have a conversation with the franchise owner in regards to this, for at this time I will not endorse this location. this is the kato rd. location. 3 more days and out of here.
