I attempted to purchase tickets for 'Disney on Ice', Jan. 18 at the Verizon Center in Manchester, NH using a special offer listed through &quot;VALPAK&quot; that I received in the mail.<br /> I attempted to purchase the tickets on line and then over the phone. Ticketmaster claimed they have no such offer at this time. When I contacted &quot;VALPAK&quot;, they claimed they had received the discount offer from Ticketmaster to include in their coupon and special offerings mailing.
