Original Comment I have a Kenmore Elite Front Load Washer Model 417,411. It is 9 months old. The matching dryer has already been replaced due to a recall and numerous other problems. The washer WILL Not get odors out and even hand stains on towels. Numerous service calls and calsl all throughout the Sears organization have only informed us that customer satisfaction basically extends to those with an extended warranty. We have made repeated calls, been transferred all over the Sears system, and referred to Kenmore Corporate. DO NOT call Kenmore corp!! The woman (same woman - I recognized her voice) who answers the the phone transferred me back to Sears (or hung up on me) 6 times before I could even explain. The absolutely worst service I have ever experienced! A lifelong loyal customer of Sears is now history!
