My complaint is about gas meter readings. No one ever comes to make a reading, and when I call they say someone came but there was no answer.This is a lie and it happens on a regular basis.<br /> The bill states when the next reading is scheduled to take place, we waited and no one came. Called today, they said there is no scheduled reading.Asked to speak with a supervisor, no one was available; was promised a call back, no one called .<br /> If there is no supervision, how can a business run properly???
