Original Comment I visited lenscrafters at coastal grand mall in myrtle beach,s.c. I had never visited this one before and it will <br /> be my last. Things cost too much in our world not to find another optometrist shop that understands how important P.R. <br /> is in any company. One or two employees can ruin the entire experience. <br /> The woman named Danielle did my tests. She was extremely unfriendly and with a bland personality. She gave the impression that she could care less. It was just the two of us during the time we were together for the tests. But when she came back out front later she improved her manners some. But when we were alone she did not acknowledge at all about 2 different questions that I had asked her. If some bosses in the work place had seen how she treated me when we were alone, she would have been fired or spoken to in no uncertain terms.<br /> When I think of how much it cost, it made me furious.
