I had a horrible experience with triple aaa iam a aaa member when i signed up for the plan back in 2013 i paid for the plus plan that the representitive signed me up for.I had a situation 12/13/2014 my car transmission stopped working and i was stranded in a conveint store parking lot.my Wife which is is six months pregnant we both needed assistance.When i called the aaa help line they explained that i was only on the basic plan wich i paid all the payements i was told to be on the plus plan.i asked to speak to a supervisor for help.The supervisors name was melissa and it seemed like she just did not wanna assit me at all and didnt care that my car will not work and my pregnant wife and i our stranded. And our car is our only way for transportation.she explained that i had to pay more money and it will take seven days to go through to get the car towed to the dealership that is 25 miles away.i explained that we only have one car and we pay our membership fees she said sorry i cant help you.It was the worst customer service i ever had and she was a supervisor my wife and i are very dissatified with the service and we will never forget this night.
