I ordered a phone on the 28th of Nov. It is now Dec. 28th, nearly a whole month and still have not received my phone. I have called and chatted too many times to count. After being on hold for 45min or more each time, Cricket Reps. Nor Supervisors can figure out what's going on with my order and tells me there is noting the can do for me. They have giving me the run around transferring me to different departments with each department transferring me to someone else. I have been hung up on many many times. I have been giving so many excuses to why I have not gotten my phone and expectation to when I was getting my phone. All turned out not to be true. To top it all off, some of the Reps. and Supervisor made it seem like it was all my fault that I have not gotten my order...I screwed things up. I have been trying to get corporate number from cricket, local cricket stores and online with no success. Can anyone help me get in contact with corporate? Oh yea, I currently don't have a properly working phone because the screen is broken and not able to read anything...pay my bill on time....and Cricket knows this. Still, not help. Someone PLEASE HELP me with a number...Thanks
