Original Comment We just left your store at 4400 Lebanon Rd, Hermitage tn after attemping to pick up a few items. We have never been so upset and aggravated at the lack of products available in a major grocery chain. I find it hard to believe that there was no dried black eyed peas on the shelf at this time of the year in the south! It seems that the shelves are are not stocked with sufficient amounts of products. It also seems that several of the brands that you used to carry are no longer available.. example, I can't believe its not butter/mediterranean style is no where to be found.<br /> The wild bird seed in 2olb cheaper brand is never in stock. In fact then more expensive brand looks as though it has been laying there so long it almost looks bug infested. Evidently, no one wants to pay that price for that bird seed.<br /> After complaining to several workers in the store, we were told that corporate knew about some of these problems, but there has not been solution to the situation. Apparently, Corporate DOES NOT CARE! We would like to say that the employees at this store have been nothng but nice and helpful when they can. You can see the frustration on these employees faces, as I am sure that they hear these complaints on a daily basis. Even though I have been a Kroger customer for 50 years and I receive correspondence that I am a valued customer, I am feeling anything but VALUED!!!
