As a cricket customer, I'd appreciate a response to this timely, please. This is in regards to the Cricket store<br /> <br /> <br /> I have tried too many times over the course of the past two months to contact this location. No one ever answers no matter the time of day or day of the week. It goes to a voice message that indicates &quot;the voicemail is full&quot;. There's no introduction so there's no way to tell that this is a phone number to Cricket. You can't leave a message since voicemail is full. This is unprofessional.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I live out of town. I've been left with no choice but to ask my niece to drive to this store hoping our salesperson Louis, would be there. She drove there three times now for nothing! There's no way to find out if Louis is in since no one answers the phone so driving there is a hit or miss. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> It is shocking to me that we live in an advanced electronic era and yet despite this, my niece has to drive to the Cricket store to find out if Louis is in today. We no longer live in the days where people had to walk/ride a horse from point A to point B in order for any communication to occur... except in dealing with Cricket? How do I get a hold of salesperson Louis at this location?<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> We are told we can't make an appointment with Louis. Each time my niece drove there, she was asked by the young Cricket rep to write down her name and number on a piece of paper and she'd get a call from Louis. It's been 2 months and still no call, still &quot;voicemail full&quot; when we call this store. How many times must I send my niece to this location in the hopes that Louis might be there? Who can help resolve this situation. All I want is for Louis to get in contact with me, which is what my niece told the Cricket rep at this location, each time she drove there. At this point, it is unclear whether my niece's messages have been given to Louis. Louis seemed to know his job well and seemed very professional. But he is never there when she drives there, and she's told that he works several stores and has no set schedule... It is ridiculous in this era that we can't get a hold of someone for over two months!<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Please assist me with this matter so I don't have to keep asking my niece to drive to this store. She has to take time off work each time just to drive there. If I send her again, and Louis is not there, it'll be a complete waste of time for her to keep writing her name and number on a piece of paper that may or may not ever be given to Louis.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Thank you for any help you can provide!
