Original Comment Store 547 in Philadelphia writes up associates if the customers do not go home and complete the online or phone surveys. Once a customer leaves the store it is out of the associates control. If an associate provides great customer service and explains to the customer about the survey, why should the associate be penalized if a customer does not go home or where ever to complete the survey. A write up tarnishes good associates background and it is very frustrating and crushes employee moral. Please help, thank u. This is a new policy that the new assistant manager (Rudolph Trent) and Daniel Fisher (manager) have put in place.
