I am really upset and disappointed at the way that I was treated the last time I called into netspend. I have been a customer for the past 8 years. Initially I called on 02/17/2015 @ 4:45pm for assistance on why I could not transfer funds from one account to the other. The customer service person did not understand what I wanted her to do so she placed me on hold and never came back to assist me. I am currently on hold for the past hour and 20 minuets, this is unacceptable. I got another phone and called back into customer service and requested to speak to a customer service supervisor and I ended up talking to Greg employee at 5:20 pm. He was not able to assist me either. I now wanted to address the fact that I was still on hold with the customer service person while speaking with him and he refused to provide me with the name or the employee number so I could file a complaint. I am very disappointed and I am ready to end my business dealings with Netspend for the utter disrespect I received today.<br /> <br /> Other than receiving your check a few days early this banking system is not worth it. Is the customer service center outsouced through another country. They never understand anything!!!!!! And guess what, I'm still on hold an hour and 45 minuets later! That's a shame!
