Original Comment the business is a complete trainwreck. They lose everything, they cannot find their own files, they cannot access their own computer system, and you cannot talk to anyone on the phone as you only listen to music for hours. No matter how many times you send documents, they claim not to receive them. Then they deny your claim based on having not received documents.
