Original Comment The most racist store I have ever been near. I was at the Richmond mall and was detained by the Richmond heights police because I was identified by two employees as shoplifting sunglasses from their store. I told the officers that I had not even been to the store. LensCrafters refused to offer an apology. I will never shop at that store ever again. The police had nothing on me because I did not enter the store much less shoplift.
