Original Comment We contacted the Comfort Suites located at 3001 Highwood Blvd, TN 37167 in regards to a receipt for charges to our company credit card. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude. He said we could not get it until next week the system was down. We called back and asked for the accounts department and the same gentleman answerED and simply stated we don't do the here and hung up on us. We called back the same gentleman answered and we asked to speak with his supervisor. He again said we don't do that here and hung up. This is the worst customer experienced we have ever experienced. I'm currently on hold with the corporate office and have been on hold for a customer relations specialist for over 10 minutes.
