Original Comment I been a planet fitness customer almost 2yrs. I went to your facility in Albuquerque on menaul abd carlise on Monday October 12 at 12:07pm to cancel and your employee Zac and manager Crystal told me that yes that they can cancel my service and that I would not get billed and when I just checked my account today October 19th, 2015 and I got billed. when I called today I talked to zac and crystal they told me I have to get it approved to get my refund by reginal manager Migial and that you will be sending me a check and then says I will get a refund in my account in in several day it can take up to 2-3 weeks both of Crystal told me 3 different things I need my money now back in my account asap I need that money so I can p[ay for my sons medication for his dietbedic medicine he needs this evening. he takes incelliun so he needs his medicine please get back to me asap Elaine Gallegos my member number I am not going to get a check mailed to me and have to wait longer I need the money deposited back in my account asasp or cash I could pick up asas and Reson why I cancelled was haven't use the service and that I had knee surgary and I will be getting surgey on my other knee starting next week.
