Original Comment I am a member of UHC Care Improvement Plus. I have been informed that Texas Oncology will no longer have any business association with Care Improvement Plus. The patients what have Care Improvement Plus have been notified by Texas Oncology that they will not longer accept Care Improvement Plus. I have tried to find out why and get the run around from Texas Oncology and from the Customer Service from UHC as well. So, we just get dropped like that. We live in a smaller community of less than 300k and now we loose our Oncology group. When we renewed with UHC we were told that the issue had been resolved and we could continue our coverage. THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED and now we have to wait for another year to change our Coverage without penalty. What is going on UHC?????
