We purchased a Avanti range on 11/21/2016 and paid out over $500.00 brand new. The oven on this range hasn't worked from day one!!! We called the repair service and it took them forever to come out and check the stove and they didn't even have the part in which to fix it. They then told us they would have to order the part but, that they would have it shipped over night and would call us the next day in the afternoon. THAT NEVER HAPPENED! I had to do without a stove for Thanksgiving! It is now Dec 23 and I still don't have a oven and will not be able to cook Christmas dinner! All we kept getting were excuses and no repair of the oven!This is a awful way to treat the customers who purchase your products and not a good way to run a company. When we called customer service there should have been a repair man sent out right away to fix the issue!!!! We will never purchase anymore products from this company! The worst repair service I have ever encountered!!
