Rude Employee and Manager<br /> 5591 Warrensville Center Rd.<br /> Maple Hts. OH 04437<br /> <br /> 2/18/17 @ 4:00<br /> <br /> Manager on duty said her name was Dominque<br /> <br /> <br /> I had a very displeasing experience 2/18/2017 in this locations drive through.<br /> I drive up to the drive though and the drive through attendant said something that I could not understand, I assumed it was his greeting to take my order. Once I stated my order I was rudely told &quot; I told you to hold on!&quot; <br /> I said I'm sorry I didn't hear him because he was unclear, because of his rudeness I decided not to order and take my business elsewhere, so drive up to the window to speak with the manager. I noticed I was being ignored so I waited as he kept looking to see if I was going to drive off he finally opened the window. I asked for the manager and I informed her of his rude customer service that was unacceptable and such a bad reflection on the store, she denied him to be rude and said she heard what he said to me and he just told me to hold on. My concern is as a manager you should not justify or dismiss bad behavior nor should you argue with the customer.<br /> Apparently she is unaware of how important customer service is. Because of this one incident I will never go back to that location. She said her name was Dominque and I'm not sure if she gave me the correct name or not. This situation needs to be addressed because it can have a domino affect and the lost of many customers.<br /> <br /> Regards,
