Original Comment I would like to know why when you use the Western Union kiosk at your store #14345 that you are asked how much money you are receiving when you are standing at the Western Union. I think that is very rude and it puts you at risk when other customers are standing around you listening to how much money you are picking up. I have been there a few times and been put through this. One day I came to pick up $40 from Western Union and there were 6 registers open and the store was packed with people and they told me that they did not have enough money in the drawer to complete my transaction. At the time I had a cast on my foot and asked to speak to a manager who told me the same thing. This issue definitely needs to be addressed.
